1. What we collect

Teacher accounts: name, email, and password (hashed, never stored in plain text). Class data: rosters, rubrics, and the peer/self evaluation scores and notes students submit. Students never provide an email address to us and never receive email from us.

2. How it's used

Solely to run the service: authenticating teachers, delivering account email (verification, password reset), and computing and displaying evaluation results. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

3. Third parties

Email delivery for teacher account flows is handled by a transactional email provider. Some optional AI features (note screening, note summaries), if enabled by a teacher for a period, send note text to a third-party AI provider for that purpose only.

4. Data retention

You can export your data at any time. Archived classes and stale sessions are eligible for cleanup after a retention period; you'll be warned before anything is permanently deleted.
